Refund Policy

Effective: January 6, 2026

1) Scope

This Refund Policy covers subscriptions and fees for Cleobase services including Talent Acquisition, Employment & Payroll, Compliance & Legal, and any add-ons (e.g., co-working space, IT equipment, transportation, meals, insurance) purchased from Cleobase (White Blink Private Limited). Our Services are B2B.

2) General rule: no refunds

All fees paid to Cleobase are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, evaluate requests case-by-case where required by applicable law. This Policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights that may apply.

3) Non-refundable items (illustrative)

  • Monthly platform fees once the billing cycle begins.
  • Talent acquisition services once a candidate has accepted an offer or has started employment.
  • Payroll funds, wage payments, tax withholdings, and statutory contributions (e.g., PF/ESI/PT/TDS in India, SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG in Philippines, EPF/SOCSO in Malaysia, BPJS in Indonesia, Social Insurance in Vietnam) once scheduled, remitted, or disbursed.
  • Third-party and pass-through costs (e.g., background verification checks, co-working space, IT equipment, transportation, meals, insurance, courier, government fees).
  • FX differences, bank fees, chargeback fees, or delays caused by banks or payment networks.
  • Add-ons (infrastructure and operational support) after booking/procurement per vendor terms.

4) Replacement guarantee

If an employee sourced through Cleobase leaves within the applicable guarantee period specified in your plan, we will find a replacement at no additional fee. This is a service remedy, not a refund. The replacement guarantee does not apply if the employee is terminated by you or leaves due to factors within your control.

5) Billing disputes

If you believe there is a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), contact hello@cleobase.com within 15 days of the invoice/charge. We will investigate and correct any confirmed errors.

6) Service issues

If we materially fail to deliver a service you have paid for, tell us promptly. While refunds are not guaranteed, we may offer a remedy at our discretion (e.g., credit or re-performance) where appropriate and lawful.

7) Cancellations

You may cancel future renewals at any time per your agreement or dashboard settings. Cancellation stops future billing (after the current paid period) and does not retroactively refund amounts already paid.

8) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted on our site with a new effective date.
